Flowers / Plants
Flowers deliveries are only available in the Wellington Region, including Lower Hutt district, Upper Hutt district, Porirua district including Tawa, Johnsonville & surrounding areas.


All prices for delivery are on the delivery option on the dropdown on the purchase page.

Extra delivery will apply to rural areas or out of courier zones.

If your order is received Monday - Friday by 11am, same day delivery can be made, otherwise delivery may leave the following day. If your delivery is received after midday on a Friday & cannot be delivered same day, we will contact you.

Deliveries cannot be made on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays, including Easter Saturday.
We also close each year between Christmas & New Year. Please check our website store hours to check dates & delivery.
If extra delivery is required, we will endeavour to contact you. If contact cannot be made the additional delivery charge will be taken from the total cost of your flowers.
If the address you are delivering to is an apartment or secure property, a telephone number must be supplied as recipient of flowers will need to be called prior to delivery to organise a time suitable for delivery.
Wellington CBD business deliveries must have Name of company, full address & a contact telephone number for the recipient.

Woodstock Florist will deliver to the address provided. We take no responsibility for wrong information & an additional charge will apply for redirection of any goods/flowers.

We will endeavour to deliver items on the agreed delivery date, but will not be liable for late deliveries due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.
Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of

Flowers purchased under our market page are not part of our flowers & gifts page. Market is run as a separate service.
Orders are to be recieved by Sunday 5pm for Wednesday delivery or pickup.
Flowers are not arranged & can not be delivered on other days of the week.
Varience may occur due to public holidays.
Market flowers can only be ordered online & must be paid in full within 12 hours of ordering (if paying by direct debit)
By agreeing to be on our Market mail list, we will only send you information to do with Market. Other Woodstock services will not be advertised on the Market mail list.
The correct courier options in the delivery dropdown. must be used to guarrantee delivery. delivereis are only available within the Wellingtion region.
Woodstock take no responsibility if care instructions are not followed.
Woodstock promises to do their utmost to deliver flowers in top condition & if not home leave in a safe place. 
Our normal complaints process applies.

Once we have received notification of your order, we will pack your order within 24 hours, then a courier will be organised.
We only ship orders Monday - Friday
we also close each year between Christmas & New Year. Please check our website Contacts page for dates.
Shipping in NZ is a flat rate of $10 per order. Unusually bulky or very heavy items may incur an additional fee.

This option is for Gifts only. It does not apply to flowers / plants or to Woodstock Market

Courier Companies
Within NZ we use Courier Post for all our gift shop & homeware items.
For all flower deliveries we use SUB 60 Messenger Services.

No use of any images, quotes etc. from our website , instagram or facebook can be used without our permission – If you would like to use any images – please email flowers@woodstock.co.nz for approval

Sometimes within our normal workroom hours we are not in the store due to onsite work. We are contactable by phone.

All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$), for currency conversions please check http://www.xe.com/ - the Quick Currency Converter

The price estimated might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
All prices quoted include NZ GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 15%.


Credit Card

All payments are processed through a secure payment facility. No credit card details are stored permanently by Woodstock.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard
Amex is accepted in store only ( Not online ) A 3% surcharge applies for Amex transactions.

Direct Debits

When paying by direct credit, items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. If payment has not been received within 3 working days then items will be returned to stock.

Out of stock items
If there is something you like that is currently out of stock, please send us an email & we will reply to let you know if we can get the item for you.


We understand that shopping online can be tricky and we want you to love the things you buy from Woodstock.
However, we are not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind, and all goods for return must be authorised by us, whether purchased online, instore or via phone or email. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order & we can discuss options available. Please call 64 4 3852305 or flowers@woodstock.co.nz. A refund or credit note will be at our discretion. Freight and delivery charges will not be refunded or credited. Please note, goods purchased on sale or gift vouchers are non-returnable, and are considered firm sale, whether purchased online, in store, or via phone or email.

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons toiletries cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable

We pride ourselves on stocking the freshest highest quality flowers available. The images shown are a guide & we will endeavour to match as close as with the seasonal flowers available at the time of order. No responsibility is taken if flower care instructions are not followed or if flowers have been mistreated in any way. We believe our couriers take the up most care in delivery flowers. If you do have an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours to discuss.

All information & materials on our website is available to you as a service. No responsibility is taken for any consequences that may arise by use of information from the website.
The material on the website has been prepared for general use only & has not been prepared by taking into account any particular objectives, situation or needs of any individual users. There is no warranty of accuracy or reliability of information contained to you or any other person.

Gift messages
Our message services is available on the understanding that we may remove from any message content that may be offensive, degrading, pornographic, threatening, invasive of privacy or otherwise.
All goods remain the property of Woodstock Florist until full payment has been processed.
When looking at photographs of goods on our website, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour due to computer monitors or the like. All photos display are taken with the utmost care that they are as close to detail & colour as possible but do not warrant that the goods delivered will be identical to those displayed.
