SHIPPING

Gift / Homewares
(Not flowers).

Once we have receive notification of your order, we will pack your order within 24 hours, then the courier will be called to collect.
We only ship orders Monday – Friday as that is the day’s couriers are working. If an order is placed on Friday afternoon, the couriers will be called Monday morning.
Extra delivery will apply to rural areas.
We also close each year between Christmas & New Year. Please check our website store hours to check dates & delivery,

North Island orders should be delivered by Courier Post within 48 hours of collection from Woodstock Florist.
South Island and Rural Areas can expect orders to be delivered 3-5 working days after the order is collected.

If we have any concerns regarding delivery of your order, we will contact you via email to discuss.

SHIPPING IS WITHIN NZ ONLY. If you would like to send something internationally, please contact us directly to discuss.

Delivery / Freight
Giftshop

Shipping to NZ is a flat rate of $10 per order.Although unusually bulky or very heavy items may incur an additional fee.

We will contact you if further delivery is required.
This option is for gift lines only. It does not apply to flowers or plants.

Flowers / gift boxes
Flowers deliveries are only available in the Wellington Region, including Lower Hutt district, Upper Hutt district, Porirua district including Tawa, Johnsonville & surrounding areas.

All prices for delivery are on the delivery option on the dropdown on the purchase page.

Extra delivery will apply to rural areas or out of courier zones.

If your order is received Monday - Friday by 2pm, same day delivery can be made, otherwise delivery may leave the following day. If your delivery is received after midday on a Friday & cannot be delivered same day, delivery can be made on Saturday, an additional charge will apply.

Saturday deliveries need to be placed by 3.30pm Friday to ensure  delivery.

Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays & Public Holidays, including Easter Saturday.

If extra delivery is required, we will endeavour to contact you. If contact cannot be made the additional delivery charge will be taken from the total cost of your flowers.
If the address you are delivering to is an apartment or secure property, a telephone number must be supplied as recipient of flowers will need to be called prior to delivery to organise a time suitable for delivery.
Wellington CBD business deliveries must have Name of company, full address & a contact telephone number for the recipient.

Woodstock Florist will deliver to the address provided. We take no responsibility for wrong information & an additional charge will apply for redirection of any goods/flowers.

We will endeavour to deliver items on the agreed delivery date, but will not be liable for late deliveries due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances.
Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel any order or part of.

Flower deliveries for National or International
Woodstock Florist does supply a National & International service for flowers.
Please email or telephone us directly if you wish to place an order or require information.


Courier Companies
Within NZ we use Courier Post for all our gift shop & homeware items.
For all flower deliveries we use SUB 60 Messenger Services.

Currency
All prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$), for currency conversions please check http://www.xe.com/ - the Quick Currency Converter

The price estimated might not be the same price charged to the credit card account due to exchange rate fluctuations. This means that because we are based in New Zealand we have to convert your purchase to New Zealand dollars at the exchange rate on the day it is processed.
All prices quoted include NZ GST (Goods & Services Tax) of 15%.

PAYMENTS

Credit Card

All payments are processed through a secure payment facility. No credit card details are stored permanently by Woodstock.
Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard
Amex is accepted in store only ( Not online ) A 3% surcharge applies for Amex transactions.

Direct Debits

When paying by direct credit, items will not be dispatched until payment has cleared. If payment has not been received within 3 working days then items will be returned to stock.

 

Out of stock items
If there is something you like that is currently out of stock, please send us an email & we will reply to let you know if we can get the item for you.

RETURNS

Gifts / homewares / clothing
We understand that shopping online can be tricky and we want you to love the things you buy from Woodstock.
However, we are not obliged to accept any goods for return where you have simply changed your mind, and all goods for return must be authorised by us, whether purchased online, instore or via phone or email. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order & we can discuss options available. Please call 64 4 3852305 or flowers@woodstock.co.nz. A refund or credit note will be at our discretion. Freight and delivery charges will not be refunded or credited. Please note, goods purchased on sale, lay-by, or gift vouchers are non-returnable, and are considered firm sale, whether purchased online, in store, or via phone or email.

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons toiletries cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable
unfortunately we are unable to refund, exchange or credit any items damaged in the wash.

Flowers
We pride ourselves on stocking the freshest highest quality flowers available. The images shown are a guide & we will endeavour to match as close as with the seasonal flowers available at the time of order. No responsibility is taken if flower care instructions are not followed or if flowers have been mistreated in any way. We believe our couriers take the up most care in delivery flowers. If you do have an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours to discuss.

Products
When looking at photographs of goods on our website, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour due to computer monitors or the like. All photos display are taken with the utmost care that they are as close to detail & colour as possible but do not warrant that the goods delivered will be identical to those displayed.
